If a part ships from BrokerMFG with a defect attributable to our process or tooling, we will rework or replace it at no charge — full stop. This isn't fine print. It's our standard.
Dimensional checks are performed during production, not just at the end. Problems are caught and corrected before they become large reject batches.
Every order is inspected before it ships. No exceptions. Parts that don't meet specification stay on our floor, not in your supply chain.
Every job generates a traceable record: material lot, process parameters, inspection results, and operator. If you ever have a field issue, we can trace it back to the source in minutes.
Resin lots are verified against material certificates. Non-conforming material is quarantined and returned before production begins.
Full dimensional verification on first production samples. Every critical dimension is measured and recorded before full production release.
SPC monitoring of shot weight, temperature, and cycle time catches process drift before it produces defective parts. Regular in-process sampling throughout the run.
Final inspection before packaging. Orders are only released when all quality criteria are satisfied. Documentation package ships with the order.
